Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Sales Greet customers and create a welcoming environment. Assist with product inquiries, selections, and purchases. Provide recommendations and upsell products when appropriate. Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately. Store Maintenance Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing. Restock shelves and maintain product displays. Maintain knowledge of promotions, store policies, and product offerings. Warehouse & Fulfillment Support Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise shipments. Restock products and monitor inventory levels. Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently when needed. Help keep warehouse areas safe, clean, and organized. Team Collaboration Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations. Participate in training sessions and team meetings. Support onboarding of new employees as needed. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in both retail and warehouse environments. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting. Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a positive attitude. Willingness to adapt and take on new responsibilities as the business grows. Preferred Qualifications Previous retail, customer service, or warehouse experience. Knowledge of trading card games such as Yu-Gi-Oh!, Pokémon, One Piece, or Disney Lorcana.
