This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES The Retail Associate will provide service in the form of product knowledge and general assistance to our guests. This position is expected to uphold our high standards of service, merchandising, and display. We require candidates to work well in a team environment as well as independently. Efficiently operating tills, handling cash/credit transactions, and upselling/promoting products. Keeping the sales floor and storage areas clean and organized Ensuring service is friendly, courteous, and professional Communicating with co-workers and management Forwarding observations and comments from guests in a timely fashion The application of upselling and cross selling techniques to maximize the potential of staff incentives Facilitating efficient inventory management and movement Supporting Photo Associates and photo program Upholding the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Proven ability to upsell and meet/exceed sales targets in a retail or customer-facing environment Ability to quickly learn and efficiently operate our POS systems and Storibox photo platform Ability to take initiative on restocking, remerchandising, and regular cleaning duties Strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in English, allowing you to connect with a diverse global clientele Punctual and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays To honour our Always Honest policy all employees must consent to a criminal record check The starting wage for this role is $18.50/hour.
