Empire Fish is a Milwaukee-based company seeking motivated, customer service-oriented individuals to join our fun retail team! Qualified candidates will have the following abilities: - Excellent customer service skills are a must to provide a quality shopping experience - Excellent phone, oral and written communication skills - Inspect and maintain product quality on a daily basis - Learn opening and closing procedures - Set the bar for Customer Service. This will be what sets us apart from most of the competition. - Ensure store is properly stocked, clean, and sanitary - Guide, educate and direct customers - Gain knowledge on both meat and seafood items and various cuts -Recommend cooking methods - Create a selling culture behind the counter, be passionate about providing exceptional customer service. - Be a part of a positive work environment - Maintain proper inventory on fresh and frozen Items - Help Identify potential new offerings - Assist with loyalty marketing and e-commerce strategies, including campaign creation - Closely monitor disposals and shrink for all items - Proper handling and storage practices - Keep displays presentable and attractive Prior experience in a retail, food service or customer service environment is preferred but we're willing to train the right candidates.
