POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Retail Associate, you’ll be the face of our brand in-store. You’ll help customers find the meals and products they love, keep the store looking fresh, and make sure everything runs smoothly from greeting guests to processing transactions.

• Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude
• Operate the POS system to process sales and handle payments accurately
• Keep shelves, coolers, and displays fully stocked and organized
• Place product and inventory orders as needed
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation to brand standards
• Answer customer questions about our meals, supplements, and products
• Assist in opening and closing duties as required
