The Lodge at Mammoth Cave (MCNP ONP, LLC) operates a variety of Food Services, Retail, Lodging and Bus Transportation within the beautiful National Park! If you are looking for a unique place to work and have a passion for providing customer service, this is the spot for you! Responsibilities: * Provide friendly customer service * Process and collect payments * Restock and maintain displays * Participate in closing, opening procedures * Participate in daily cleaning/maintenance duties Position Requirements: * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills to interact positively with others * Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure * Able to lift frequently up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Position also involves frequent bending, twisting, lifting and squatting and up to 8 hours per day on feet in a fast paced environment.
