Description Join our team at Little Creek Casino Resort as a Gift Shop Associate, where your enthusiasm and friendly demeanor will create exceptional shopping experiences for our guests. As the face of our gift shop, you'll provide outstanding customer service, promote our unique products, and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors. This role requires working every Friday and Saturday from 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, along with being on-call outside of those hours as needed. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, helping them find desired items and offering product information. Sales Transactions: Process purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system, handle cash, and provide change. Merchandise Presentation: Set up attractive displays and arrange products to enhance sales and customer interest. Store Maintenance: Keep the gift shop clean, organized, and well-stocked, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment. Inventory Management: Assist in tracking inventory levels, restocking items, and reporting discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records. Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive relationships and encourage repeat business. Cultural Sensitivity: Display sensitivity to Native American culture, ensuring respectful and informed interactions with all guests. Requirements High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). Must be 18 years or older. Cash handling experience required. Experience in customer service/retail preferred.
