JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Retail Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail with excellent communication and customer service skills. As a retail associate you will be responsible for leading our guests through the Nuworld Botanicals DIY Skincare experience including conducting birthday parties and one-on-one craft sessions. Your expertise in working with customers at the retail level will help guests achieve their DIY product goals and enhance their overall experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in customer service within the beauty or wellness industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with practices and protocols in a professional retail setting.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
  • Experience in retail sales and events
  • Skills in skincare application, makeup application, or other relevant beauty services are highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized skincare/cosmetic/candle recipe guidance and activities direction to all guests
  • Perform various services including host birthday parties, portion and weigh ingredients, order and restock inventory, manage party bookings and customer inquires
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the retail store
  • Engage with guests to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on natural ingredients, and all DIY activities
  • Assist with administrative duties, including scheduling parties and managing guest files.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Able to work weekends
