We are currently seeking for customer-centric individuals to join us as a Retail Assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Share product knowledge to create a personalised shopping experience
• Process in-store sales accurately and efficiently
• Pack online orders for pick-up/delivery
• Assist with stock taking and inventory management
• Perform simple housekeeping duties to maintain store’s asthetics and cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Ability to carry yourself confidently with good interpersonal skills
• Eager to learn about our products
• Proactive to provide feedback on improving the shopping experience
• Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, evenings when needed

Good to know:

• This role is expected to commence mid-February 2025
• Multiple positions are available for this role
