What You’ll Do: As a Retail Associate, you’ll oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a team committed to excellence. You’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to enable employment by providing opportunities for personal and professional growth, while committing to sustainable practices. Key Responsibilities: Operates electronic cash register, handles cash, charge, and check/voucher transactions. Prepares cash drawers and related paperwork as assigned. Receives, prepares, sorts, prices, and rotates stock for retail floor and conducts quality control. Operates department equipment and machinery, prepares goods for sale, procession, or storage. Performs inventories, tallies, or other forms of tracking as required for the retail environment.
