As a Retail Associate Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store + Assistant Supervisor in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Working with the Store +Assistant Supervisor, the Associate Supervisor is responsible for achieving sales targets, working on team development, store visual display and the daily operational tasks for their store location. Your strong leadership skills, administrative abilities, and organizational expertise will contribute to the overall success of the team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a supervisor
• Post Secondary Education in a related field preferred.
• Highly goal-oriented, dynamic and driven
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail oriented, organized and able to prioritize and multi-task.
• Motivating leadership style with experience developing people from within
• Strong understanding of the fashion and lifestyle retail industry.
