HILL’S OF KERRISDALE has a rich history in Vancouver’s retail landscape, and is a cornerstone for the neighborhood and shopping district of Kerrisdale. The family’s retail business originated in 1914 and Hill’s of Kerrisdale opened its doors in the mid 1920’s. Now in the hands of a third-generation retailers, the family has continued the Hill’s of Kerrisdale success with Blue Ruby Jewellery in 1998, Ray Rickburn in 2004 and Hill’s Dry Goods in 2015. Hill’s of Kerrisdale is a fashion destination and lifestyle store for branded clothing, footwear and accessories, shopping at Hill’s of Kerrisdale is like meeting a new friend and feeling like you’ve known them forever.
Working with the Store Supervisor, and the Assistant Store Supervisor, Associate Supervisor is responsible for achieving sales targets, working on team development, store visual display and the daily operational tasks for their store location. Reporting to the Retail District Manager and the General Manager, the Retail Store Associate Supervisor will account for all outlined objectives and consistently represent the Hill’s of Kerrisdale, Ray Rickburn and Hills Dry Goods brand in all aspects of job responsibilities and performance.
