Summary The ideal candidate is responsible for proving an exceptional client experience, utilizing selling tools and product knowledge to achieve success of a luxury brand.   This individual must have proven success in retail sales and the ability to understand and represent building a community through client relations.   Increasing unit per transaction while providing extraordinary customer service.   Essential Functions Job duties include, although are not limited to: • Walk the sales floor and review checklist and opening procedures  • Add checklist bullets points  • Check communication from previous day  • Check Music programmed   • Putting the goods out of the floor upon arrival  • Organize and restock as needed  • Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards   • Work to develop long term customer relationships  • Maximize store cross selling opportunities • Assist in maintaining visual and merchandise presentation standards  • Demonstrate flexibility and ability to adapt to the changing needs of business • Understand guest service needs and deliver the extraordinary • Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team • Send communication ideas to the Marketing team for daily promotions • Keep track of conversion rate – people vs sales transactions    sales transactions, voids and returns – needs verbiage • Contribute fashions trends and selling experience comments at weekly meetings • Upsell in a customer friendly way • Stock and sort boxes and product • Capture customer data and report on shopper profiles and trends • Open and Close Stores: Responsible for store openings and closings according to procedures. • Responsible for lost prevention Internal Relationships Reports to Director of Retail External Relationships Has regular contact with members and guests Qualifications * Excellent customer service skills * Motivate and results driven * Ability to effectively work both autonomously and as a team player * Highly organized with a strong attention to detail * Flexible schedule including holidays, weekends and high occupancy demands  Education/Experience Requirements * Luxury sales experience a plus   Physical Requirements Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
