Position Overview: As a Retail Attendant at Edgewood Tahoe Resort, you will provide an exceptional shopping experience for our guests by delivering top-tier customer service, maintaining an upscale retail environment, and assisting with sales of luxury products. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that each guest enjoys a seamless and memorable shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: * Greet guests warmly and offer personalized assistance in selecting luxury merchandise. * Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations tailored to guest preferences. * Process sales transactions accurately using the resort’s point-of-sale system. * Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the retail space. * Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked, tagged, and displayed according to brand standards. * Monitor stock levels and communicate with management for replenishments. * Develop an in-depth understanding of the brands and products offered. * Follow cash handling, credit card, and financial transaction procedures. * Adhere to resort policies regarding loss prevention and security. * Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and business. Qualifications and Skills: * Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Previous retail, boutique, or luxury hospitality experience preferred. * Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * A friendly, professional, and polished demeanor. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to safely lift, move, and stack items weighing up to 40 lbs. * Able to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
