Help us deliver a world-class guest experience by keeping our retail store looking great, stocked up, and running smoothly.
Join our energetic retail team and help create a memorable experience for every guest. As a Retail Attendant, you’ll be the friendly face that helps visitors find the gear they need, process their purchases, and keep the shop looking its best.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and help with purchases and product queries
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge to support upselling and guest satisfaction
  • Accurately process payments, refunds, discounts and promotions
  • Ensure stock is replenished, displays are tidy, and pricing/security tags are accurate
  • Unpack and check new stock against packing slips and enter it into stock systems
  • Support stocktake duties as required
  • Follow all health, safety and security procedures, keeping yourself, your team and our guests safe

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Confident with cash handling and POS systems
  • Strong communicator who can build rapport with a wide range of guests
  • Enthusiastic team player, willing to pitch in and support others
  • Reliable, organised, and able to maintain a clean, well-presented store
  • Comfortable working in a busy environment and adapting to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of snowsports or outdoor gear a bonus – but not essential!
