As a cornerstone of our leadership team, you’ll oversee all accounting functions, guide a talented staff, and partner closely with senior management to optimize performance across our growing group of dealerships. Ideal candidates will have led accounting operations across multiple rooftops. Requirements Prior experience in retail automotive dealership accounting management is required. Strong understanding of dealership financial statements, general ledger accounting, and manufacturer reporting. Experience managing cash flow, floor plan reconciliation, and tax computations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor staff. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in accounting software and dealership management systems (DMS). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
