To support our business growth, currently we are looking for Retail & B2B Business Development Specialist with the following job description: Responsibilities: Responsible for expanding ONPOINT business strategically through retail and B2B cooperation mainly covering sport, lifestyle, and adventure partners. The main business development priorities are in retail segments and later to grow B2B. Acquire and incubate retail partners to achieve sales target and improve sales performance. Develop short term (tactical) and long-term plan together with the C-level in order to achieve company targets. Manage and refresh partners inventories from time-to-time to make sure it is "Always Available." Requirements: Bachelor degree in management, business, or any major. Having 3-5 years of experience in business development or partnership in the Sports or FMCG related industries. Having related experience in expanding the business through partnership, co-marketing, co-branding, or developing reseller program. Having good interpersonal communication skills, able to coordinate needs and requirements across different teams. Able to work in a fast paced environment, possess great flexibility and preferably someone who loves sport.
Responsibilities
The specialist will be responsible for strategically expanding the company's business through retail and B2B cooperation, focusing initially on retail segments within sports, lifestyle, and adventure partners. Key duties include acquiring and incubating retail partners to meet sales targets and managing partner inventories to ensure product availability.
