REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Supervising experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility is beneficial.

• Assist in stocking and merchandising bakery products to create appealing displays.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Upsell products by recommending complementary items to enhance customer purchases.
• Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
• Utilize basic math skills for pricing, inventory management, and retail math calculations.
