We’re on the lookout for a Retail Bakery Store Manager who is committed, caring and considerate. You’ll be responsible for the Day-to-Day running of the shop, leading by example to inspire your Team, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving performance and standards across the shop.

• .Lead and manage a team to deliver excellent customer service and high quality products.
• Take full accountability for the shops performance which will include Sales, Stock, Waste, New Ideas, Staffing and Compliance
• Ensure a supportive team environment, ensuring team members feel valued and motivated.
• Maintain our High Standards of Food Safety, Cleanliness, Excellent Presentation of our Delicious Products.
• Collaborate with the Area Manager and Support Teams to continuously improve Shop Performance
• Be a visible leader on the shop floor - serving customers, and solving problems.
