Essential Functions * Facilitates Universal Banker Onboarding training each month * Accurately processes banking transactions, * Retains and deepens relationships by identifying needs and offering custom financial solutions, * Provides account servicing and maintenance, * Assists with problem resolution for customers, * Educates customers on digital bank solutions that will make their lives safer, easier and better, * Refers customers to internal business partners (i.e. cash management, mortgage, and wealth management), and * Keeps informed of, and strictly adhere to all bank procedures and industry regulations. Must Haves * High School Diploma or GED * Minimum of 3+ years of (related) in-person customer service and cash handling experience. * Minimum of 2+ years of retail banking experience * Must be comfortable facilitating/presenting to and working with a mixed audiences up to and including management. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Intermediate MS Office skills Nice to Have * Knowledge of bank products and services * Minimum of 1+ year of training experience Internal Posting expires 2/7/2022
