Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote and sell credit cards, personal loans, and auto loans through direct sales, lead generation, referrals, and other approved channels.
• Identify customer needs, explain product features and eligibility criteria, and recommend suitable banking products.
• Generate leads, acquire new customers, and achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Collect and verify customer documents, submit applications, and follow up throughout the approval, disbursement, and card issuance process.
• Build strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with bank policies, KYC procedures, and applicable UAE regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in credit card, personal loan, auto loan, banking, or financial services sales is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree certificate is mandatory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, customer relationship management, and sales-closing skills.
• Strong sales, lead-generation, and customer acquisition abilities, with a target-oriented mindset.
• UAE banking sales experience, an established customer network, and a proven sales track record will be an added advantage.
