As a Vice President, Retail Banking Office Manager for our Pierceton Office, you will:
As a new employee you will be provided with extensive training at our Lake City University located in Warsaw, Indiana. Our Officer Onboarding program includes a customized training plan with an emphasis on building interpersonal connections to lay a foundation for your success.
Required Qualifications Include:
Working knowledge of the teller and deposit operations sales platform. In depth knowledge of bank office operations and an understanding of Lake City Bank’s policy and procedures, and how they relate to other areas of the bank.
