Hadaf Al Khaleej Commercial Services, Indirect Sales Channel Partner of EmiratesNBD looking for result oriented and forward looking Individual to fill-up the position of Retail Banking Sales Officer-Multi Product Sales Team based in Abu Dhabi.

The role will include onboarding new customers for EmiratesNBD Personal Loan, Credit Card. This Job requires a high level of relationship building, Account Management, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect in targeted segments that require meeting standards in phone calls, and face-to-face visits.
• Present and sell Personal loan and all other Retail banking products & services to potential customers in an ethical & professional manner.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to enhance cross-selling opportunities.
• Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts.
• Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training, and coaching, complete mandatory compliance and fraud training.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience of Personal Loan/ Credit Card Sales in the UAE/ Home Country.
• Ability to identify potential Customers
• Excellent interpersonal/relationship management skills and problem-solving ability
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Highly driven, self-motivated, target orientated individual
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow

Skill Set:

• Sales profile that requires confidence, persistence, Positive Attitude, and Good Communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Retail Banking products, Policies, and Processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strict adherence of Bank compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Banking Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
