Description Trains and develops new and existing Retail Banking employees. Assists the Retail Banking Training and Development Leader with identifying training needs and maps out learning and development plans for Banking Center Associates (BCA). Provide input on appropriate training methods to provide an exceptional training experience such as but not limited to on-the-job training, professional development classes and workshops. Assesses training needs, identifies skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed and schedules additional training as needed. Organizes and puts together training curriculum as well as facilitates training sessions and workshops. Coordinates and maintains schedule for all refresher and follow up courses for existing Retail Banking employees. Oversees quarterly Banking Center Associate meetings by scheduling and presenting topics related to BCA job functions in an effort to develop and train BCAs at a higher level. Supports and mentors new and existing Retail Banking employees. Requirements SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND OR ABILITIES · Knowledge of Bank operational policies and procedures in the areas of teller, ATM and customer service · Knowledge of the Bank’s products and services · Excellent inter-personal skills · Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Supervisory experience · Sales experience · Excellent organization skills · Good record-keeping skills · Good facilitation and presentation skills · Training experience · Ability to analyze data as well as situations · Ability to present oneself professionally · Ability to maintain confidentiality · Ability to prioritize and to be flexible · Problem solving skills · Ability to lead others · Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Word & Excel EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE · High school diploma or GED required · A minimum of 2 to 5 years teller experience required · Supervisory experience preferred · Training experience preferred · Sales experience preferred
