Sodexo Live! have an amazing opportunity for a Retail Bars Manager to join our amazing team at Headingley Stadium, the iconic home of Leeds Rhinos and Yorkshire County Cricket Club.
The venue is rich in sporting heritage, offering sweeping views of two renowned international arenas. It stands as an inspirational choice for both corporate and private events. Headingley Stadium is a dual-sport venue hosting world-class rugby and cricket events with matchday attendances of up to 20,000 guests. In this environment, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding bar operations while driving liquor revenues, optimising stock management, and ensuring an exceptional fan experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Lead the planning and execution of all retail bar operations across the stadium
• Manage stock control, ordering, and rotation to maximise profitability and reduce waste
• Ensure bars are fully operational, clean, and compliant with all health & safety standards
• Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of casual bar staff
• Work closely with the Hospitality Manager to enhance beverage offerings across the venue
• Drive innovation by identifying and implementing industry-leading trends in stadium bar service
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and labour spend to meet financial targets
• Maintain licensing laws and health & safety compliance at all times
