What You’ll Do As a Retail Beer & Wine Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring compliance, and leading a positive customer experience. Your mission: Create a Welcoming Environment – Engage with customers and employees in a friendly and professional manner. Manage Inventory & Stocking – Receive regular vendor deliveries and ensure products are stocked efficiently and correctly. Ensure Compliance – Complete paperwork and procedures according to company policies and Pennsylvania State liquor laws and regulations. Encourage Responsible Sales – Maintain awareness of state laws and ensure all alcohol sales are conducted responsibly.
