Description Superior Water and Air is looking for a motivated and outgoing Lead Generator to work full-time inside one of our partnered big box retail stores. In this role, you’ll be stationed at our branded display to greet shoppers, explain our service offerings, and qualify interested homeowners for follow-up. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys people, is comfortable starting conversations, and wants to play a vital role in helping customers find solutions to their home service needs. You will engage with retail customers in-store, educate them about Superior’s services, and generate high-quality leads for our sales and service teams—all while representing the brand with professionalism and energy.
