Description As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you are the welcoming face of Expo Home Improvement at major retail stores, events, and promotional venues. Your mission is simple: start conversations, create excitement, and generate qualified leads for our sales team. If you're outgoing, energetic, and love connecting with people, this is the job for you. What You'll Do: Start conversations with customers in retail stores or at events Share product and service info in a friendly, professional way Collect customer details accurately for sales follow-up Set up and maintain branded displays Work closely with marketing and sales on weekly lead goals Requirements Customer service, retail, or sales experience (preferred, not required) Strong communication + people skills Positive, high-energy attitude Reliable transportation Ability to work weekends/evenings Physical Demands: Ability to stand and remain active for up to 8 hours a day. Comfortable lifting and carrying promotional materials or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds. Working Conditions: This is an in-person role based at various retail locations, events, and venues.
