This full-time role is responsible for delivering operational excellence, fostering team culture, and providing an elevated guest experience that reflects our commitment to quality, intentional simplicity, and authentic connection.

• Leading the store to achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales and margin targets
• Delivering a consistently high level of customer experience aligned to our boutique principles
• Driving visual merchandising and operational excellence
• Coaching your team through one-on-one feedback, development plans and consistent performance conversations
• Collaborating closely with the State Manager
• Championing loss prevention and accurate store data management
• Ensuring the boutique environment aligns with our brand tone and aesthetic
• Maintaining strong internal relationships with cross-functional partners
