ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Retail Business Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Karaama’s current and future retail units, ensuring optimal performance, exceptional customer experience, and achievement of sales targets. This role will also manage the business expansion initiatives, identifying opportunities to grow the brand and streamline operational processes. The role holder will work closely with Karaama’s Management Team and will be a key personnel in driving the growth of business and the brand.
