SALARY OFFER: $91,386 - $95,000 + SUPERANNUATION PER ANNUM

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Retail Business Partner (RBP) to join our Retail Sales team.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a territory within the Retail network, maintaining strong relationships with existing agents and pub/TAB stakeholders. Our primary focus within the sales team is to enable and inspire our network to deliver consistently high levels of service and an immersive experience for our TAB consumers.

Responsibilities

DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Manage an assigned territory including selected Regional WA areas
  • Complete regular agency visits to achieve visitation targets
  • Complete in venue compliance checks and report non-compliance incidences to Retail Compliance Partner
  • Develop and implement a territory action plan to support the Wagering Strategy & Retail objectives based on performance analysis, industry regulations and opportunities in the network
  • In conjunction with the Agent/s develop individual agency business plans
  • Regularly measure the progress and achievement of initiatives against business plans
  • Actively foster and enhance relationships with key stakeholders including TAB Agents, and pub/TAB mangers and staff, to maximise the retail customer-base, TAB and TABtouch brand awareness and turnover
  • Drive acquisition of new digital customers through advocacy and promotion of TABtouch within agencies
  • Collaborate with retail marketing to develop effective promotional strategies
  • Deliver staff and agency training including product knowledge and security refreshers within regional territory
  • Support the network with day to day running of TAB agencies as required. RBP requires competent capabilities in opening, running and closing procedures.
  • Any other duties as required by Retail to support the wider retail team during leave periods
  • Support the network with a rotating on-call roster.
