About the Role: The Counter position is essential for ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient operations within our facility. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proven experience in a customer service or retail environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in inventory management or sales management. * Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures. Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in a professional manner, addressing their needs and inquiries. * Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash register. * Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring that products are stocked and organized. * Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve customer service. * Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
