Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology tools
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of merchandising principles, phone etiquette, and basic sales techniques such as upselling is advantageous
