  • Deliver online selling on platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, resolving inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
  • Deliver community engagement to share the understanding of Headways services.
  • Organise and run creative fundraising events for your store to raise awareness and funds for the charity.
