We have multiple opportunities for Retail Case Managers in IP and TPD, based in Sydney or Melbourne. To do this successfully you will: Managing a portfolio of claims holistically to achieve sustainable, timely outcomes. Investigating and resolving disputes. Managing your priorities to achieve SLAs Preparing all customer communication, including complex information and adverse decision advice.
