  • High school diploma or equivalent in work experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in a fulfillment, logistics, or warehouse operations role.
  • Familiarity with order processing, shipping documentation, and inventory workflows.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., sorting, filtering, basic formulas)
  • Some college coursework or training in logistics, supply chain, or related field.(preferred)
  • Experience coordinating with multiple departments (e.g., retail and logistics teams) (preferred)
  • Background using Depasco or ERP systems for order tracking and documentation (preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage priorities and meet delivery timelines (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and process improvement (preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Detail-Oriented – Ensures order and documentation accuracy.
  • Collaborative – Works well with Retail and Logistics teams.
  • Proactive – Anticipates issues and takes initiative to plan the workload for the week
  • Order Management – Tracks and prioritizes shipments using the dashboards and the KPI’s.
  • Communication – Clearly coordinates across departments.
  • Problem-Solving – Identifies and helps resolve fulfillment and inventory issues .
  • Documentation – Verifies shipping docs and maintains video records.
  • Shipping & Logistics – Understands outbound processes and scheduling.
  • Fulfillment Systems – Familiar with ERP or WMS tools.
  • Compliance – Knows documentation and quality standards.
  • Assist in any other relevant retail clerk responsibilities as needed by leadership
