You will be responsible for producing monthly operational targets, delivering detailed variance analysis, and preparing ad-hoc reporting as required to support commercial decision-making. This role acts as a key finance partner to the regional commercial leadership team and plays an important part in driving reporting excellence across the business. Key Responsibilities: Act as Commercial Finance Business Partner to the EU/UK Commercial Sales Regional Business Leader Produce monthly operational targets and performance analysis Deliver analysis and actionable insights Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reporting to the business Support month-end closing processes Lead improvements in financial and operational reporting processes Provide ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decisions About You: Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field Experience in business analysis or similar analytical role Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data modelling) Fluent English and Polish Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles Ability to manage competing and urgent requests while maintaining high accuracy High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders Customer-focused with understanding of commercial business environment What We Offer Private medical care Birthday leave Generous employee discount on all Lovisa products Career growth opportunities within the company International and dynamic working environment We believe in supporting diverse cultures and harnessing the unique knowledge and experience of our team.
