What You’ll Be Doing: As a Retail & F&B Commercial Consultant, you’ll advise landlords, developers, brands, restaurateurs and investors on leasing and acquisition strategies. Your day-to-day will include: Leasing and selling retail and F&B units across malls, high streets and mixed-use assets Working closely with restaurant groups, café brands, franchises and retail operators Advising clients on footfall, positioning, unit selection, rental strategy and market trends Building long-term relationships with landlords, developers and business owners Negotiating commercial terms and closing high-value transactions This is a commission-based role, ideal for someone financially ready to take control of their earnings. What We’re Looking For Driven, commercially minded professionals with a proactive approach Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills Retail and/or F&B leasing experience is highly desirable (but not essential) A solid understanding of customer journeys, locations and brand positioning A valid UAE driving license (or ability to convert one) Fluency in English Specialist Training: Become a market expert in retail & F&B real estate — from high-street units and malls to destination dining and mixed-use developments.
