Job Type: 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire (Hybrid, 2-days a week in the office)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Craft bespoke, high-quality content that motivates, informs, and connects our retail teams with company-wide initiatives.
  • Manage the end-to-end content process – from planning and design to sign-off and launch.
  • Champion our tone of voice and brand values, ensuring consistency and clarity across all communications.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to bring key campaigns, product launches and updates to our shop floors.
  • Keep our store teams connected through the intranet and regular communication packs.
  • Dive into creative projects, from graphic design and photoshoots to supporting video content for campaigns.
  • Stay responsive – managing our communication inbox and evolving how we engage our teams on the ground
