As a Retail Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company’s commitment to safer gambling practices. You will be responsible for analysing internal logs and data to identify customers who may be at risk from gambling-related harms. By following company processes and regulatory guidelines, you will assess these cases, take appropriate action, and support compliance efforts to maintain a responsible gambling environment. Additionally, you will oversee the management and effectiveness of the company’s self-exclusion systems, ensuring compliance and safeguarding customers.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Review and analyse internal logs, customer activity, and behavioural patterns to detect potential signs of gambling-related harm.
• Risk Identification: Identify customers who may be at risk and assess their gaming behaviour against safer gambling standards.
• Compliance & Evaluation: Follow company processes and industry regulations to evaluate risk levels and determine appropriate interventions.
• Self-Exclusion Management: Administer and oversee the company’s Self-Exclusion system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with compliance teams, retail operations, and customer support to enhance safer gambling practices.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of compliance actions taken and contribute to reports for internal audits and regulatory reviews.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on regulatory changes, industry best practices, and emerging trends in safer gambling to refine processes

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in compliance, responsible gambling, or risk analysis (preferred but not essential, full on the job training will be given).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Knowledge of gambling regulations and safer gambling policies. (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data management tools and CRM systems (desired).
