In this role you’ll partner closely with Regional Managers and Store teams to ensure strong operational standards, effective stock management, and a safe, compliant store environment. You will work to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service, sustainable profitability, and high standards for pets, people and the planet. How You’ll Shape Success Compliance & Risk Ensure all stores operate in line with company policies, audit standards, and WHS requirements Monitor and drive compliance across operational, safety, marketing, and VM standards Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimise risk Stock Integrity & Operations Drive a strong culture of stock integrity, shrinkage control, and process discipline Oversee stock management processes including cycle counts, stocktakes, and inventory accuracy Analyse stock trends and provide actionable insights to improve performance Leadership & Capability Lead, coach, and support Store Teams to deliver operational standards and performance outcomes Performance & Continuous Improvement Deliver reporting and insights to improve visibility, accountability, and business performance Identify performance gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability What Makes You a Great Fit! Proven experience in retail operations, compliance, or stock control roles Strong understanding of inventory management, stocktakes, and retail KPIs Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and influence teams Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capability Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Why This Role?
