ABOUT THE ROLE
Join us at the forefront of operational excellence. As a Retail Continuous Improvement Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of initiatives and projects that optimise processes and procedures across our entire Retail network. Reporting to the Senior CI Manager, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Workforce Management and Deployment teams to ensure every improvement lands seamlessly. You’ll be responsible for driving workstreams that align retail operations with strategic priorities, unlock forecasted savings, and deliver measurable capacity gains.
