Description:

UFS Healthcare are seeking a Retail Coordinator for our Beaufort Pharmacy. This role may be suitable for an experienced and efficient pharmacy assistant looking to progress their career.

MANDATORY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:

  • Previous experience working in a Pharmacy Retail environment.
  • Previous experience leading a team - desirable
  • Completed S2/S3.
  • IT Savvy.
    Demonstrated integrity, and commitment to the purpose and guiding principles of UFS.

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Maintain a high level of team morale whilst ensuring high standards in customer service and productivity are achieved.
  • Lead the UFS vision, strategy, and values with the team and across the organisation.
  • Provide an exceptional in store customer experience.
  • Ensure day to day store operations and tasks are attended to in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels and inventory management.
  • Team Management including rostering, training and performance management.Support the Pharmacy Manager to coordinate the Quality Care Pharmacy Program.
