POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for a friendly and approachable Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with families, loves kids’ products, and takes pride in creating a welcoming in-store experience. From helping a toddler find their first pair of shoes to assisting parents with sizing and fit, you’ll be a key part of the customer journey.
This role blends customer service, merchandising, and hands-on retail operations. You’ll work with our Shopify POS system for sales and inventory, support in-store events, and ensure our store always looks its best.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous retail experience (kidswear/footwear is a plus)
• Warm, friendly, and patient personality — especially when working with children
• Strong interest or knowledge in kidswear and footwear products
• Experience with Lightspeed and/or Shopify POS and inventory management (required)
• Reliable and flexible — available to work weekends and holidays
• Able to lift boxes (up to 30 lbs) and assist with store setup and restocking
• Bonus: Experience creating simple social media content (stories, tagging products)

• Greet and assist customers, providing warm and patient service to kids and parents
• Help families find the right fit for shoes and apparel, including proper measuring and sizing conversions
• Operate Lightspeed and/or Shopify POS for sales, inventory management, and order fulfillment
• Open and close the store, maintaining a tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked environment
• Support promotions, in-store events, and merchandising displays
• Handle customer concerns or returns with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with team members to keep operations running smoothly
• Occasionally assist with social media (Instagram stories, product tagging, etc.)
