Duties includes but not limited to:
Cash handling, till system, serving customers, cooking, baking, receiving & checking deliveries, stocking and general cleaning and day to day business needs.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be responsible for completing daily safety walks & checks, making sure forecourt safe and consumables available all the time for our customers as well as ensure the safe running of the business.
Training will be provided to the right person.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

A passion for delivering great customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
The ability to build rapport with customers, meaning they leave the store having experienced a great customer service.
Serving customers on till, ensuring they receive an easy, seamless and personalised experience.
Manually condensing stock and handling products with care to maintain product quality.
Following company policies and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Being knowledgeable about hot & chilled food products and services in store and helping customers by giving great natural service.
Replenishing stock during your shift
At times, you may be required to accept deliveries into the store.
Work well within a team and communicate effectively and openly with others.
Build relationships with colleagues to create a team spirit, having fun and celebrating success.
Time keeping, Be at work before your shift start time, to give yourself time to relax and complete your pre shift checks, make sure arrive at work well presented and ready to be a brand ambassador.
