Job Details Job Location: Christiansburg, VA 24073 TruHarvest Mercantile has an immediate opening for a full-time friendly, reliable Retail Customer Service Associate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized and contributing to customer and company operations. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service in person, online, and by phone Process customer payments accurately (cash, card, POS system) Fulfill customer orders, including picking, packing and shipping Prepare shipping labels and coordinate outgoing shipments Manage basic inventory tasks related to order fulfillment Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment Assist in production of goods as needed Create and post content on social media platforms to promote products and events Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable handling payments and using POS system Organized and detail oriented, especially with order fulfillment and shipping Basic computer skills; ability to learn new systems quickly Ability to multitask and work independently Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) This is a full time position that includes a competitive benefits package.
