We are seeking a Retail Store Maintenance Coordinator to join our dynamic team!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in facilities management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills (English and French).
  • Knowledge of architecture, mechanical, or building administration is an asset.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities
  • Assist store employees with maintenance requests for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, locks, furniture, and more.
  • Coordinate with landlords and operations managers to arrange necessary repairs.
  • Process incoming maintenance requests promptly, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Manage logistics for purchases, including issuing purchase orders and reconciling billing.
  • Support projects and initiatives within retail stores.
  • Address health and safety committee findings as required.
  • Monitor cases and analyze technician feedback to resolve store issues cost-effectively.
  • Troubleshoot issues alongside store staff to determine proper vendor actions.
  • Oversee work progress and ensure task completion.
  • Be available for after-hours emergency calls (on rotation).
