Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Retail Analyst, you will play a crucial role in turning complex retail data into actionable insights that help shape key business decisions across stores, channels, and product categories. You’ll be at the heart of our data-driven retail strategy - identifying trends, unlocking opportunities, and enabling smarter decision-making across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyse large and complex datasets to provide insights into retail performance, customer behaviour, and operational efficiency
  • Develop dashboards, automated reports, and visualisations using Power BI and Excel to track KPIs and trends
  • Support cross-functional teams with data-driven insights on inventory management, sales performance, and store operations
  • Monitor and analyse transactional data to identify patterns and opportunities for optimisation
  • Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and finance teams to support strategic planning and execution
  • Drive continuous improvement in data quality, reporting efficiency, and business intelligence processes
