Description

GLOSSOP | FULL TIME – 37.5 HRS A WEEK | HYBRID | £26,000 PER ANNUM

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and commercially aware Retail Data & Marketing Assistant to join our team with a focus on store performance. This newly defined role will play a key part in shaping how we use data to support decision-making across our retail estate. With a blend of analytical responsibility and cross-functional collaboration, it offers the opportunity to develop meaningful insights that improve store efficiency and drive commercial impact.
We’re Purpose Driven. Since 1984 we’ve grown to become the largest in our sector and we’ve carried the same spirit with us every step of the way. We’re proud of our diverse passionate team and the way we collaborate to make things happen. Our carefully crafted rugs are the centrepieces that bring rooms and people together. And that togetherness is the very essence of who we are.
You’ll Grow With Us. You’ll build real expertise in retail marketing and performance analysis while learning how data shapes decisions in a fast-moving commercial environment. Working across teams, you’ll gain the insight and experience to grow with confidence and purpose.
Your Voice Matters. You’ll take the lead in making data meaningful for our store teams, helping them make smarter faster decisions. Your ideas and insight will shape how we work with performance data and you’ll be trusted to spot what matters and suggest better ways of doing things.
Bring Your Flair. Making sense of data and turning it into something useful comes naturally. Variety keeps things interesting and switching between analysis and hands-on tasks feels like a strength. There’s pride in the detail, a calm approach to getting things done and a willingness to jump in wherever it’s needed.
