We are looking for a commercial digital marketeer to grow the business in line with ambitious targets for this channel and work closely alongside the retail marketing team. We are looking for a well-rounded appreciation of elements that drive an e-commerce business including the customer experience, traffic levers & conversion drivers. You will have a strong passion for growing the user experience. And be able to build solid relationships with all your key accounts.

  • Experience in a fast-paced sales / retail environment (beauty experience a plus).
Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain high-performing product content across retailer.com platforms (titles, descriptions, images, SEO tagging), ensuring updates align with new launches and Dermalogica tone of voice.
  • Accountability for marketing on retail digital platforms, including Phorest, Citrus and paid social media. Weekly reporting on performance and monthly presentations to senior management on strategy and learnings. Use available insights to recommend and test new conversion strategies (e.g., product page enhancements, A/B testing of creative, audience segmentation).
  • Attend bi-weekly join business plan meetings with national retail account managers to brainstorm monthly digital plans and execute retail.com marketing plans.
  • Work in partnership with National Account Managers and the Retail Business Manager for flagship accounts, to identify white space opportunities and brief in retailer-exclusive offers or activations, tracking their performance post-campaign.
  • Keep up to date with innovations across retail platforms (e.g., virtual try-ons, live streaming, AI search tools) and assess relevance for Dermalogica implementation with partners.
  • Support all key retailers and national account managers with assets and new line forms for all key launches and core updates. Liaise between sales and marketing on marketing plans (brief creation to design, influencer campaigns, social media content creation and post, NPD assets).
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns to drive loyalty, trial, and conversion through owned and partner CRM channels.
  • Monthly preparation of competitor analysis for promotional activity to present to key internal stakeholders with insights and learnings.
  • Creation of innovation plans for marketing calendar launches and professional launches. This will be focused on the online potential of each account in collaboration with the national account manager.
  • Monthly email to external contacts with all assets and any changes in NLF and imagery which needs to be updated across the online retail estate.
