Qualifications What You Bring Proven leadership in fast-paced, multi-unit retail or food service (3+ years). Track record of exceeding KPIs, scaling teams, and turning around underperforming units. Highly competitive nature—you're driven to outperform yourself and your peers. Comfort making quick, confident decisions. You trust your gut and know how to pivot fast. Passion for leading others and creating an ownership mindset in your team. Strong business acumen—P&L, ops, staffing, training, and customer service. Ability to work weekends and over 40 hours/week as needed. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (vehicle reimbursement provided).
